Bobber Flats was the first phase of the Shockoe Valley Heights project. It was originally the Ideal Fish and Float Factory which produced – you guessed it – bobbers. Developed using state and federal historic tax credits, Bobber Flats’ 41 units maintain the architectural and historic integrity of an era long gone, while offering it’s residents all of the creature comforts of today.
