The Mews at Cary Mill

The Mews at Cary Mill, located on West Cary between Carytown and VCU, was an award winning project for Sensei Development and Monument Construction.  This condo project consists of 13 units. Seven of the units are an historic rehabilitation of a lumber mill from 1900.  The remaining six contemporary units, which are pictured above, are new construction.  This project was awarded GRACRE’s “2009 Best Multi-Family Project”, and ACORNS award for “2009 Infill Project of the Year”.

The Lofts at One Eleven

Sharing a courtyard with the famous “Mr. Peanut”, the Lofts at One Eleven are a recent historic rehab project in Downtown Suffolk. Formerly the Damiani Building, The Lofts is now 27 apartments.

They each have unique floor plans in order to maintain the historic architecture and character of the building. There is approximately 1600 square feet of commercial space on the ground level, a majority of which is home to Suffolk’s newest wine and cheese shop –C3 Vino.

Butterworth Lofts

Butterworth Lofts, located in downtown Hopewell, was once upon a time The Larkin Hotel and more recently Butterworth Furniture. It is now a shining example of historic renovation. Each apartment boasts some unique design feature reminding you of the bulding’s storied past. Butterworth Lofts hopes to be a catalyst in Downtown Hopewell’s revitalization.

Tracks at Shockoe Crossing

Just steps away from Richmond’s famous “triple crossing”; the Tracks at Shockoe Crossing combines the best of both Shockoe Slip and Shockoe Bottom. The building, once a blighted warehouse connecting the two neighborhoods is now bustling with energy. It contains 43 units, including studios, one and two bedroom apartments.
